The GM Collision Repair Network (CRN) is a comprehensive certification program designed to promote safe and proper repair of all GM vehicles.

LEVELS OF CERTIFICATION

The GM Collision Repair Network is structured around a foundational Basic certification, which is mandatory for all participating shops. Once your shop meets the core essentials, specialized certifications — such as Corvette C8, Cadillac CT6, BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) or Fleet — can be added in any order. These advanced tiers are separate from one another, meaning you can choose to specialize in one or more programs based on your business needs.

BASIC

POWER BEHIND EVERY DETAIL

  • C8-specific structural repair capability and exclusive training

  • Exclusive access to C8 restricted structural parts

REQUIREMENTS:

  • GM CRN Basic & C8 tooling, equipment and facility requirements outlined in the CRN Tools and Equipment Guide
  • I-CAR specialty training (2 courses found here)
  • Dedicated aluminum work area, dust extraction and process controls

CADILLAC CT6

SPECIALIZED EXPERTISE FOR PRECISION

  • CT6-specific structural repair tooling and exclusive training
  • Cadillac CT6 specialty facility listing in GM CRN & Carwise locators
  • Exclusive access to CT6 restricted structural parts

REQUIREMENTS:

  • GM CRN Basic & CT6 tooling, equipment and facility requirements outlined in the CRN Tools and Equipment Guide
  • I-CAR Specialty Training (1 course found here)
  • Dedicated aluminum work area, dust extraction and process controls

BEV PROGRAM
