WARRANTY QUESTIONS

Where can I get my warranty honored if my part (e.g., battery) has gone bad?

Warranty support is available for eligible ACDelco battery replacements.  If your part was purchased through Menards or Amazon, please return to the original point of sale for assistance.   

For warranty claims related to parts other than batteries, please contact the original seller directly for assistance. Warranty support for non-battery items is handled by the point of sale where the item was purchased.

Can I still process a warranty claim if I no longer have my receipt?

A valid purchase receipt is required to process most warranty claims. If you no longer have your receipt, please contact the original seller to explore available options.
